The microforms reading room in the Humanities and Social Sciences Library will move to its new location, Room M2-37F, on the morning of Thursday, November 26. This new location is adjacent to the Government Information Service desk, making it easier for clients to seek assistance. Please note that the microform equipment will be unavailable during the move (8:00-13:00). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions about this, please ask us.

Beginning the night of Monday, November 23 until Sunday, December 20 the Redpath main floor, as well as the Cyberthèque of the Humanities and Social Sciences Library will remain open overnight. A valid McGill ID card is required for access to the Library after 00:45.

The Nahum Gelber Law Library will be open until 2:00 am during this period. Access to the building after service hours is restricted to users with valid McGill photo ID cards.

The Schulich Library of Science and Engineering is currently open until 2:45 am from Monday – Thursday, until 10:45 pm on Friday, and until 11:45 pm on Saturday and Sunday. It will be open until 2:45 am everyday beginning December 1 until December 21. Access to the building after service hours is restricted to users with valid McGill photo ID cards.
