{"id":1141,"date":"2015-01-19T18:01:33","date_gmt":"2015-01-19T23:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.library.mcgill.ca\/digitization\/?p=1141"},"modified":"2015-01-19T18:01:33","modified_gmt":"2015-01-19T23:01:33","slug":"mcgill-fortnightly-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.library.mcgill.ca\/digitization\/mcgill-fortnightly-review\/","title":{"rendered":"McGill Fortnightly Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to digitizing <a title=\"The McGilliad digitization\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.library.mcgill.ca\/digitization\/the-mcgilliad\/\" target=\"_blank\">the McGilliad<\/a>\u00a0we have also recently put online the full run of 18 issues of the\u00a0<a title=\"McGill Fortnightly review\" href=\"http:\/\/mcgill.worldcat.org\/oclc\/428073817\" target=\"_blank\">McGill Fortnightly review<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>McGill Fortnightly review was founded by F.R. Scott\u00a0and A.J.M. Smith as an independent undergraduate journal after it was announced that the\u00a0Students&#8217; Council couldn&#8217;t support the publishing of the McGill Daily Literary\u00a0supplement which is detailed in the first issue editorial.
