But, here it is: <em><strong>Utopia, Limited; or, The Flowers of Progress<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0an opera that\u00a0lampoons limited liability companies and incorporation laws with\u00a0by music by Arthur Sullivan and libretto by W. S. Gilbert.
